Pretty much yes, just odd bits to finish off,suede rear shelf and a/c to fit,driving and boosting nicely with the holset charger

Fault codes can still be read with or without a scan tool,best use a plug lead removal tool as they do break easily,check all the vac and intake pipes post maf as they can be brittle with age

Vcds is vag-com,diagnostic software,or a cheap obd scanner might connect to check fault codes
