Did another trip today (£180 travel).bodywork was worse than described but hey its in the purple i love and 2.0 16v so ignored it.took it for a drive,pulled really well but when i inspected the car properly (11 month mot)tyre below level.no wiper blade.brakes grinding (advisory!)rot hole in chassis!.the fan started kicking in when it felt like.water temp light flashing when it wants to.loosing a bit of patience now.i am not after a bargain just a price which reflects the cars condition.vw should do more purple cars!
