hello everybody im pretty knew to the site and have been looking into corrados for quite a while (plus my mate took me out in his vr6 and left me green with envy) :D :D i picked up this for 1700 bargain in my eyes. already on coilovers,ronal turbos all red rears,pressed plates , and a rebuilt engine :) my plans are as follows definate plans -stainless steel exhaust (milltek preferably) -leather interior (got my hands on one already going to dye it from grey to cream :):) ) -50mm splitter (running a 90mm cnt imagine life being easy when im so low down:s) maybes - basically im stumped about the wheels keep them and space um out a little maybe with a bit of camber or swap em for 16s its the only thing im unsure about. feel free to leave constructive critisism but be gentle i am newbie :):)

ok ill hold of the diy :s its going to the garage for a new starter motor next week so il get a hands on opinion aswell thanks for the info guys :D :D

hello i have an oil leak and i have seen some seeping out of the bit of like housing just above my oil filter around the kind of seam, does anybody know the proper name for the bit above the oil filter?? if so roughly the price for replacement. i have bought some metal epoxy to try and seal it as a stop gap for know the leak isnt excessive but its enough to leave quite a few drops overnight on my drive id say about 25 ml ish :s. i apologise for my lack of knowledge i suppose thats why i need the help. p.s. its a 1990 1.8 16v rado thanks in advance

hi people, im trying to source a replacement starter motor for my 1990 1.8 16v corrado, i have seen 2 on ebay both claim to fit the 1990 1.8 16v corrado but both have some differant information about engine codes or part codes do these make any differance any help or guidance would be much appreciated thanks :)

ok, my dads covered with AA so weve just had them out ,he gave the starter motor a tap and it started straight away so know ino that i need a new starter motor also he spotted an oil leak from my oil filter housing does anyone know where the best place to buy these parts from would be and do you think the labour will be a bomb replacing these parts?? thanks.

hello people im knew to corrados and purchased my first one today :) buuuuuuut i need some advice after driving my new rado home i stopped at the services for some food for about half an hour came to start my car and nothing? left it a few minutes tryed agen and still nothing and after trying multiple times it started, so we got it home no problem switched engine off left it a minute tryed to start it agen multiple times and nothing agen( bear in mind all electrics are working) the engine doesnt even try to idle jus nothing as if the battery was gone but it isnt. after leaving for half hour i tryed agen and it was fine but would only start a couple times and the same problem. i understand this is long winded and confusing but i have jus got this car and this is very frustrating any help appreciated :scratch:
