    vr6 oil leak

    Hi I have a small oil leak on my vr6. Seems to be coming from one of the front sensors above the oil filter. Does anyone know the name and part no. of it? I think the leak is from the front passenger side one. Are they easily replaced? Seems to be a single bolt. Thanks

    I feeded a brake cable down the front two drain pipes ok. Can't see the two at the rear - they must be way back towards the rear of the roof? Anyway I think the problem is the rubber tube shaped seal at the rear of the sunroof (you can see it when tilted).It doesn't seem to run the full width of the sunroof and is glued on. Does anyone know were I could get one? Cheers

    The dampness is at the rear of the sunroof. Looks like i'll have to take sunroof out to inspect the plastic channels. Only problem is I don't know where to start on how to take it out!! Any tips? Cheers for the replys

    Hi Just bought a 95 corrado and the sunroof leaked today while the car was stationary with the heavy rain. The interior roof lining is soaked. Would the problem just be the outer seal? If so, would this be the right thing to get? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Sunroof-Seal-VW-C ... 53ddc24894 Thanks
