I've just had a cat by pass and stainless magnex fitted but havent had the chance to go for its top speed. does a cat bypass and stainless zorst make alot of a differnce to top speed cos it does feel a little quicker at low speeds?

Hi everyone, Has anyone had the claimed top speed of 146mph (i think) out of there standard VR? mine is fine up to 130mph (on a private road) but then seems to take an age to get to get near 140 and i end up running out of road? does anyone else find this? :D

sounds quite simple until except the vinyl part does sound like a pain in the ar*e!! if you could post some pictures that'd be great. thanks in advance :D vrev6

Where did ya get that gearstick surround mines looking tatty and that would look fantastic? :D :D

they were on my vr when i bought it, i've had no problems, the car handles well so i cant see any reason to change them!

hi guys, :) My drivers side door handle where the rubber strip between the handle and the bodywork is, is coming away from the door afraid its fonna come off altogether the more i open it! any one got any ideas as to what i could use to stick it back on. thanks. :D :D

Nice one mate, i just went to GSF and found out there is one only a mile away from me and its £132 :D i just hope mine lasts till i get paid in a few weeks!!! :? might just learn to live with the other problem as it ain't major. thanks. :D 8)

Hello, how u all doing? just joined the forum after reading it for about two days solid and getting no work done! oops! :? excellent site. :D ive had my 95 M VR6 for about a year now and its the best car ive had, i had a BMW 320i previously but this p***es all over that :D Anyway i have a slight niggle, whenever i drive it from cold i change into second gear and it just loses all power but then it quickly comes back and when its warm its great its not a major problem i know i was just wondering what it could be. any ideas would be great? cheers. :D p.s Anybody got any idea how much a starter motors would be?
