  1. Hello. Thank you for the advice I have replaced both the high pressure and low pressure sensors and all seems to be working well for now.
  2. Thank you I will give it a try.
  3. The beeping happened again today so I Pulled over and took the connectors off the sensors one by one but it was still beeping when they were all dissconnected.. Could this mean that the dash is to blame??
  4. Hello, I have recently got my G60 back on the road after a stage 4 rebuild from Jabba sport. It was all good until the oil light and buzzer started randomly flashing and beeping at me.. I am pretty sure it is a faulty oil pressure sensor that is to blame as it only happens occasionally but as far as I can see there are two on top of the oil filter housing and one at the charger oil feed end of the head. So my question is which one do I change????? cheers. …Rob
  5. Hello. Just wanted to say thanks to all that helped with the running problem. The oil pump was the culprit in the end! I have since had a stage 4 recon done on the charger by Jabba sport and it's now a pleasure to drive again. The only problem I have is that now the oil light and buzzer randomly flash and beep at me. I am pretty sure this due to a faulty pressure sensor but on close inspection there seems to be two on the oil filter housing and one at the charger oil feed end of the head. Please could somebody tell me which one I should change. Thankyou
  6. Turned out it was exactly that. Pretty handy for future reference. Sweet thanx everyone
  7. How much more power was there after a stage 4?
  8. I have been reading on this forum and found that there is a bar in behind the temp gauge that becomes unlinked so I am going to try that and see what happens thanx for your help. Rob
  9. Hello people. I am In need of a supercharger rebuild for my g60 charger and am looking at stage 4 but what I really need to know is who is the best for this out of g-werks and Jabba sport. Any help is much appreciated. Thanx rob
  10. Yea I have tried the original one and still no luck this all started when I replaced the black sensor with a non gen one, this made the overheating warning light flash and the gauge go up to full. I then realized it was no use for my corrado and shelled out £26.00 For a gen one from vw which hasn't solved the problem as the gauge now does nothing. Do u think I have burnt out something?
  11. Hello. I have replaced the blue and black temp sensors on my G60 as a matter of course because I know they are renouned for bad running problems after doin this the temperature gauge doesn't work at all. Any ideas?? cheers Rob.
  12. Thanx for your input I was considering getting an rsr anyway where would you buy a new oil pump from?

    G60 Rough

Hello, I had a few rough running probs and this site helped me. have a look and see what you think, It mentions the hall sender being a culprit for these symptoms . http://www.matey-matey.com/g60-guide.shtml
  14. I have been trailing the internet for answers to changing the oil pump and it doesn't seem to hard. I also put some soapy water on my boost pipes and on the charger baffle and I saw bubbles coming from the baffle.when I took the baffle apart I found that the O-ring which seals the two together has got a few snags in it. Does anyone know where to get this seal from?? The charger has recently only been producing about half the power it used to could this account for the boost loss or would it be something else. Cheers rob.
  15. Ok how hard is it to change the oil pump on a corrado? The parts I have already replaced to try and solve these problems are both black and blue coolant sensors, distributor cap, rotor arm, ht leads, plugs, fuel filter, fuel pump relay and ecu relay, and I will be replacing the knock sensor today as there is an inch missing from the shielding on the cable.
