  1. Well Im still looking for one if anyone has one?
  2. I have no idea how mine came off? Rod, did you find out what side you had? Thanks Clint
  3. Has anyone got the plastic part of the roof trim that covers the outer boot hinge on the passanger side? Little square plastic part. Thanks
  4. Corrado 16V 2.0 idle Valve (9A Engine) for sale Idle valve has been used before but is in good condition & works correctly Part No. 048 133 455 It has been taken from a 1993/4 Corrado 16v 2.0 with a 9A engine. May be compatable with other VW Vehicles so do check before purchasing. £30 Part picture can be found here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-Corrado-Idle-Air-Control-Valve-2-0-16v-9A-/140753153199?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item20c58aacaf
  5. Problem solved! The Lambda sensor had a faulty lose wire on the pin in the plug. Replaced that and car runs better then ever!
  6. Vaccum hoses checked and fine and lambda checked and fine..... No idea what it could be now! time to throw in the towel I think.
  7. I have the same problem with my C 16V and after reading round on here it seems a very common problem! Here's my link: http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?68873-Help-Fuel-delivery-problem-2-0-9A-engine I havent managed to fix mine yet although I have replaced both fuel pumps, filter, coil pack, throttle body, idle valve, regulator and more in an attempt to do so. Im now looking at the MAF and Lambda sensor. Good luck with yours, be interesting to know what it is!
  8. Well i fitted a whole new fuel assembly and guess what..... it still does it! I\m starting to think its not fuel related now as I have pretty much changed everything fuel related. Lambda Probe keeps coming up so I may look into that but at this point I'm defeated and it could be time to throw in the towl! ---------- Post added at 10:17 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:16 PM ---------- Lambda seems to come up quite a bit so I will have a look. Cheers ---------- Post added at 10:17 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:17 PM ---------- Yep, one of the first things I checked! ---------- Post added at 10:22 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:17 PM ---------- I'm not so sure this is fuel related mnow as I have changed just about everything fuel related... any solid suggestions would be welcome!
  9. Yeah i have had it hooked up to the machine but it isnt reporting any faults. It must be the fuel pump.... Failing that it could be time to do the unthinkable to the car.
  10. Well I think I'm defeated on this one.... All I can think is that my petrol pump which is just over a year old is playing up but surely not?! I must admit it is making the loudest noise but at £120 it not something I want to be wrong about.
  11. Got an email back from Power Steering Store and they say they can make it for £25 approx although it may take some time to make! I'm gonna check round for a second hand one but if not I'm going with that!
  12. As the title says I'm after an under car fuel Pump for my 16V 2.0 corrado and hopefully the attaching pipe that runs from the pump to the regulator.
  13. Wouldnt happen to have the fuel pump with the attached pipe to the regulator would you???
  14. Thanks for the link but I have purchased a new sender unit with pump and it hasnt fixed the problem. I also put in a new relay but no help there either! Im starting to think that maybe the fuel pump under the car is faulty?? it makes a hell of a noise when the car is running... i cant think what else it would be now?
