yeah i no what you mean about rot. ive been lucky to be fair, mine has been in my family since 1991 and ive owned it since 2004 as 3rd owner so not the usual shite examples that float about. just feel a bit old for it now (30 this year)and the only car i can have/want as a toy is a vr6 corrado and will only be doing 3k a year so being 2.9 will probably be on par with my RS on fuel etc. some lovely cars on pistonheads anyone bought from TCS? maybe. the questions ive asked are just to gather an idea on performance. as for group20 for a car with the performance quoted seems abit high. thanks for the replys

thanks for the quick reply. the 0-60 ranges fom 6.4-7.8 depending where i read it LOL do the chassis rot more than an average 90,s car are they cam belt/chain when should it have been changed. i will only do circa 3k a year in the car and will be a gareged pampered toy etc group 17 seems a bit strong

hi , im new to the forum and corrados, i currentley own a escort rs turbo but have always fancied a vr6 and have a couple of queries. what quater mile times do these cars do standard? what ins group are they? 0-60? how much do they weigh? i would be looking for a car around 3k but would need to be clean with leather. is this a bit optimistic? i have wanted one of theses for a few years now but have been aprehensive and worry there not that tuneable without spending thousends? thanks in advance Rob
