Hi, Will front 8j ET 19 and rear 9j ET 6, 15's be ok on a 91 G60? Appreciate it depends on how low etc but will they effectively fit? Poss with 50 wall tyres? Thanks all
2. Hi All, I seem to have a wire which isnt connected to anything which comes off the Negative Terminal. Please see picture. My car does constantly suffer from a flat battery so wondered if this is anything to do with it, earth point or something. Any help much appreciated.
3. Hi All, A while back, I purchased a Leather Interior of G60 Matt and a loom and switch from another member here. Just wondered, any instructions on how to fit the wires in. Mainly on power / relays etc? All the Best,
4. Hi fla Yep, same, I emailed archenemy and had various conversations with him and luckily he'd done a few Corrados and so knew a fair bit and agreed he could not help prior to coming. Mine will be going for a respray at some point and he told me below. For now, Ive just raised mine 10mm to stop it catching. Appears its a big job to sort these bits which catch: 'Only thing to do is cut them off, remove sealer, carefully weld two skins of car back together with a series of joining spot welds, grind back, Skim with filler and replace removed sealer with some sort of underbody sealer You'll probably still need the top of the arch rolled at the same time, as it is quite large, I can do that for you before it goes to the bodyshop, then any slight distortions (as explained below) can be skimmed before its all painted up'
5. Hi marks2, That would be awesom if you could assist! Whilst I lov my G60, im not too sure on the finer mechanical bits! So want it sorted as Ive had nothing but bad luck with the car and this is one of the most things which worries me every time I drive it!
6. Thanks guys! Really appreciate the help and advise. Will check these on weekend. The ECU relay and crack near the distributor sound like what it could be from the symptons. Im sure its had a new blue water temp sensor. Cheers :-)
7. Thanks mate! Lucky as managed to catch a few in London's traffic but it is a case of 'looks better from a distance'! A respray is on the cards :-)

9. Hi All. My 1991 G60 has been off the road for two months and this week, passed its MOT with only minor issues :-) Since this time, when I put my foot down it would get to about 3-4000 rpm and judder at a certain point then take off again. Today, after driving it for 2 hours, it struggled to maintain revs low down and almost died, even with my foot down hard it wasnt moving, almost like its being starved of fuel. Any suggestions please? Its had a new battery, starter motor, throttle cable etc so I know thats not sticking. Thanks!
10. Hi All On my 91 G60, I have 9j Borbets on the rear and its lowered. There is one spot on both rear arches that catch - if you look up under the arch, where the lip is, slightly toward the rear of the car there is about a 2 inch area which sticks in more than the rest of the arch lip. It only catches here. Is it possible to just cut this bit out or do something to it etc? thanks
11. cool, good advice. Thanks bud! Makes sense!
12. Thanks clumpy1 - is that as they are hard to get if needed again?
13. Hi all, All these worth anything, from a '91' G60. Or is it best to just keep hold? Standard Headlights and fog/indicator Units - Excellent condition.
14. Hi all, I appreciate that this has been a regular post. I was just wondering if there is anyone out there on here who has done this before and is effectively very good at it. I have read posts on how to do it etc but perhaps someone can offer this service if I send my original rear lights etc to them to do for a price? Just looking for all red rears. Thanks

Water in boot

Although I have pulled the rear VW badge out a few times and replaced it and those 'blue' inserts are practically gone, but still wonder how the water manages to get to below light clusters, its not running that much.
