it keeps overheating, i think there is problems with the fan, the fan wont run with the engine running. ill shut the car off then the fan with come on. but then as soon as i turn the car back on the fan shuts off. and the car is at like 230 degrees Fahrenheit. why??!! its a 1992 vr
