just heard my old VR6 was written off today... :cry: I sold it to a mate only about 3 weeks ago. He was on the way to work this morning and some bird driving the other way lost control of her car and hit my mate and two other cars who were travlling in the same direction as he was. No one injured badly, but my mate had to be cut from the VR6. His arm's in a sling, but no broken bones thankfully! bye bye K755 WPE..

my bro has a standard R32 which is pretty quick, I'll have to compare it to my VR. While I was on holiday he took my VR out for a spin and said that there didn't seem to be that much difference performance wise... but then he's always complaining that his R32 is too slow, compared to his previous cars it's probably the slowest car he's owned :roll:

29, 6yrs ncb, 1 no fault claim last yr (which some insurers count against you), parked on the street in north london, protected no claims, clean licence, fully comp, £571 with bell direct, was same price as elephant. bell would have done it for £450 if i hadn't had the claim last year... it made no difference to elephants quote. oh and i added my mum as a named driver, she's retired - and it brought the price down by £80!! :D it makes some difference with some insurers and not with others.
