Hi, I am after a full working heater control panel for my 95' model. Anyone help please,:thumbleft:

Please can someone help! My old piranha alarm playing up! Problem is, it's decided to stop opening doors on central locking, (so I have to use key) meaning I can't turn alarm off by fob! So my alarm goes off!!:bonk: I have checked all fuses! Battery is fine in fob! And central locking works fine with key! Some one please help!!! :shrug:

Really wish I could afford these :( someone going to get a bargain

Quick update, I took controls out from dash, seemed to be a loose wire! But the problem now, is that it will only, blow on the window, not through face or feet vents! On close inspection the cogs and everything have worn down! Getting a new or 2nd hand full heater dials (the full daffy, out of centre console, late spec!) is hard to find. :(. Thanks help though guys

Thanks very much bazmcc, it is the late dash, I'll take photos of the centre console, and put them on here, (probably weekend) I don't know what I will exactly need, as I said I am a complete novice mate haha :)

Just a quick update, I checked the fuse and the fuse is fine, to check the electrical contact strip behind fan speed knob, do I have to take full centre console out? Thanks again

Thanks bazmcc the full heater not working at all. If it was the fuse, is there something else that wouldnt work if it was the fuse? Thanks

Hi all, today my heater decided not to work at all! Thought it was on the blink, the other day, it decided not to come through the vents to face and feet etc! But would work on windows! Now its decided not to work at all! :shrug: bearing in mind I am a complete novice, would I be able to fix this myself (help needed off you guys) or will I need to take it to a vw specialist and have my eyes took out? Any help much appreciated

Do you mean around the wheel arch and side of console?

Yeah your right there Chris, fix one thing something else will pop up! But the corrados are well worth the hassle! Thanks to this car, I'm not missing my Audi TT as much as I thought I would! Absolutely loving the corrado :smug:

Thanks guys, now the battery has died on my key fob haha, I tried to get a a27 battery everywhere, they are like gold dust now! Getting a battery from maplins tomorrow! ( they have them in stock), I daren't drive the corrado until I get new battery for fob, incase alarm goes off and then I cant reset it haha, I am loving this forum, the help has been 1st class :thumbleft:

Thanks krishen! I haven't tried that was really worried putting red to yellow and vice Versa in case I damaged the electrics etc... Like I say I haven't a clue at wiring haha

Yeah it's live mate, got me baffled, just noticed looking at this photo though (the yellow wire has to ports by the look of it, and it looks like it could do with being in left port rather than right, if you get what I mean although this might not make a difference) thanks Chris
