Hi, can anybody who has a VR6 which was built in 1995 have a look under the bonnet please and check out the type sign plate with the ident-number? I need to know if there is a european type written like "e1*....." on that plate. That type number would make a registration of an imoprted Corrado here in Germany much easier... Probably can post a pic of the type sign or just write the "e1*..."-code down?!?!?! Thanks Cheers Andreas

Hi, My name is Andreas Ruthardt. I am from Germany (living near Frankfurt). I am driving instructor. In 1995 I turned 18. And the Corrado was always my dreamcar. When I was 18 I could not afford one. Now, after driving one of 10 Corrados in Australia (my best friend´s VR6) I want to get one. It should be a special one. Guess what: storm... I already contacted DVLA and got information what is allowed and what is not and what I have to do to make an export (driving home) legally. I am looking forward to get in touch with some great people driving great cars... cheers

Hi. My name is Andreas Ruthardt. I am from Germany and I am seriously interested i your storm corrado. I already contacted the DVLA and asked about exporting UK cars to Germany. As long as they have MOT and TAX and the UK plates it is legally to drive. I just need a German (valid for entire Europe) insurance. Anyway. Is it possible that you send me some more detailed pictures via eMail? Like the full cockpit, the back seats, front seats, engine... you know: I cannot come over and look at it and go back and decide. But I know it is a storm edition. And I would love to get a storm for Germany. I am driving instructor near Frankfurt and running my own business. I could manage a flight to the UK in the middle of Nov2014 or probably in the first week of Nov. I appreciate an answer in a couple of days if the car is still available.
