my one doesent go within a minute it depends on temrature it normally goes when the oil temp is around 70degrees

my 2.9 vr6 has aloud knocking noise when its cold.The noise goes away when it warmed up, it sounds like piston slap has any body esle had this problem with their vr6,my car also needs a new set of tappets could this cause the piston slap.finally how long would the engine last for like this .

i have a spare g60 engine and im thinking of turboing it,i have a large range of td and tdi turbos and exhuast manifolds which would fit on but has any one done this before i would probably use an emerald managment. please give me some advice

we rang both the numbers in the back of the performance vw mag so many times the keys on my phone have worn out . it just went straight on to the answer phone just like somone who doesent want to be contacted

we arranged it with steve ,but spoke to darren at the guilford meet but he didn't seem to know anthing about it

me and a friend had our cars booked in at pitstops ,one for a charger rebuild the other for a tune up it was for last wednesday 17th we could not get any answer from the phones they had our no ,s but diden't ring to let us know what was going on.we went down their from north london but could not find it ,and still know answer from the phone.so we wasted a days wages and petrol money.thats not good customer service in my book

my car has an abf code 2l 16v engine but what are the best cams to use the abf ones or the kr ones

what is the best g60 cam .somone said piper 285, another person said shrick276,also what about mk2 gti or mk3 gti 8v cams ,are they an improvement other the standard g60 cam

when i accelerate in my g60 and let off theirs a loud whistlling noise, it happens the same way a dump vavle is on a turbo car ,is this noise normal on a g60

my g60 corrado has a 70mm- 72mm pulley but im not that impresed with the performance . i do about 40 miles a day would you recomend a 65mm or 68mm pulley also if i went for the 65mm how regular should i get charger serviced

hi m8 i recently took my cat of my g60 all i did was take an old cat to extreme motorsports in harlow they cut the 3bolt flange of the cat and welded a staight pipe on tto replace the cat and midle box ,a good job very cheap and a noticable performance increase
