AFAIK...oh ok :oops: the oil level is fine. just had a service and had to change the oil cooler seals, so i've had my eye on the level lately. And sadly no slicks, actualy apart from wheels its a standard set-up so not cornering at silly speeds. Maybe I'm hearing things....or maybe im getting confused with some of that new fangled dance music on the wireless :|

Cheers mate Whats an "AFAIK VR6"? Appart from what you just mentioned does the lack a Baffles cause any other problems?

Hi Guys I took a long sweeping left at a fair pace the other day and my VR made a strange beeping noise at me. I'm assuming this is some kind of warning (body roll mabe?) not heard of this before. anyone know what it is :?:

Ok, thanks to everyone. a smaller tyre does make sence. its just a bit annoying as they have nearly new p6000's all round. (yes they were straight off a TT). Anyone want to buy some tyres? :wink:

Thanks guys but I tried 6mm spacers on the rear and they still catch. I really like these rims so i have to make them fit!!!!. do you think coilovers would help? I was planning on getting them eventually.

Got a set of wheels and tyres at the weekend (audi tt 17" competitions, with 225/45/17's) and having a trouble getting them to fit. The corner of the tyre fouls the spring seat....grrrrr. Has anyone had this problem before?

I've been looking through the members gallery to get some ideas on what wheels to buy for my VR6, seems that most people go for 17" and they do look the best, but what kind of perfomance loss do you get from a larger wheel? Anyone got any opinions?[/url]

hi everyone I've been looking at this site for a while now and thought it was about time I joined in as have finally managed to bag me a '94 Corrado VR6, and very nice it is too. Although driving it in standard form feels great the tuning bug is already starting to kick in. Im after a set of borbet a's and as far as I can tell they only make them in two sizes, 7.5x16 et20 and 9x16 et15, has anyone put these on a VR? I have seen them on earlier G60's but arnt they 4stud? Any comments would be much appreciated.
