Neil L. 0 Posted November 7, 2004 Hi there! Has anyone else seen a black coated VR6 exhaust manifold before? All Vr6's I've seen have the usual silver metal manifold on them! Was this a later(or early) VW mod or is probably an owners personal mod? If its not VW , its looks very professional and is probably for insulation purposes. Neil L. 0 Posted November 21, 2004 Sorry , my mistake ( never owned a Corrado) the above message should have read "inlet manifold" NOT "exhaust manifold" - anyway the one I've seen is black plastic coated on the VR6 , not the usual silver metal variety?
