Bora Bora 0 Posted November 14, 2004 Removed them with the intention of spraying them white.Upon removal and a fair bit of polish, the rear of the car has came up very well. Don't want to go to the trouble of filling the holes in and getting the back sprayed professionally but I do fancy the idea of leaving the badges off. Any know of an idea to fill the holes without using filler? ie, are they any gromets available, that I could paint myself and then put them in the holes? Other suggestions are welcome! 20v turbo 0 Posted November 14, 2004 your better off filling the holes m8 and doing it properly,if you put gromets in it will just look cheap.
Bora Bora 0 Posted November 14, 2004 I appreciated what your saying but can't afford the expense at the moment.I think if the gromets are small enough and painted white they will look ok.
Furkz 0 Posted November 14, 2004 whack some chewing gum in the hole...wait a couple of days for it to harden and sand it down and TIP EX (or touch up pen,,whichever is cheaper ) and polish it up a treat make sure u dont use hubba bubba though  mate tbh if u dont do it properly it will always look sh1t and prob look worse in winter and might go dull after a few washes???
