:mad: Just threaded the ariel base and messed up the thread.

 

I was looking as some previous threads and read about the vauxhall replacement. Does it look the same as the corrado one?

 

If so i am off to buy one tomorrow

I've got a spare base and aerial mast. It looks exactly the same as a corrado amplifier off a mrk 4 polo and has a female connector:

£20 including p&p. Worth checking to make sure it has the correct end and the rubber seal is perished too but you can reuse your old one.

only the power connector is different, i just cut off the old ariel connecotr i and soldered it on the new one.
