I'm really sorry to hear that but its precisely why i've always tried to go for fully comp whenever I could afford it as I am the same as you - can't afford to throw away £3000 and have nothing to show for it in the event of an accident :(

 

Raised floor panels and an engine thats moved as well really doesn't sound like good news at all :(

Sorry to hear that mate.. if u find that u can just save it, the only help i can offer is in the jig department. theres an excellent and fair cash priced guy near reading whos helped me out a couple of times. good luck. if it nds jigging just let me knw and i'll give u his number.
