Custom-made wheel adapters to change PCD

Hey all,

 

Does anyone know of any companies or people in the UK that will custom-make wheel adapters to your own specification ? I need to source a set that will allow me to use a set of 4 x 100 PCD wheels on another vehicle that is 5 x 114.3 PCD.
