Weird grumblings

Hi,

 

If I park my 'rado on the curb (passenger side up) and then drive very slowly with some lock on, I get a weird metallic sound emitting from the front passenger side. Can't really work out what's doing it, was thinking could be it be a CV joint? Someone said it was brake binding, but I've no idea what that is!!
