After lots of reading up and the odd post, I've gone for (other than crying myself to sleep)

 

Koni TA shocks

VR6 top mounts all round

VW brushes

H&R springs (35mm drop)

Miltek 4-2-1 exhuast manifold - current one cracked and worried about M.O.T Time (+ CO poisoning...)

140,000 service (technically a 40,000 service since rebuild)

K&N panel filter

 

March the 7th is D-Day (it's in for 3 days provisionally - with no show stoppers), I had planed to do some of the work myself but I never seem to have any free time and the list of jobs just piles up :).

Nice one, thats quite alot of work there but it will make a huge difference to the feel of the car and you will really have some driving to look forward to in the summer!
