steveo29 0 Posted March 5, 2005 yeah i used the dx bolt and washer,with a little thread lock i worried for ages about undoing the old one but it came undone about as easy as a tight wheel nut, no need to jam the flywheel etc Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
h100vw 0 Posted March 5, 2005 My passat one came off easy cos the chuffer had spun the crank pulley :roll: I fitted a std bolt while the DX one came in. Even that was hard to get out. I wouldn't fit one with a gun, especially a std one, the constant shocking can't be good for it. Wheelbolts are made of different steel and not done up as tight.
