Anyone own the Dietrich RS2 Rear Bumper ?

I picked this up new for a cheap price and just wondered if theres anything i need to check before having it painted etc ? also what bulbs and holders did you guys use for the bumper so that the number plate can be moved to the bottom of the bumper ?
