greasing my charger?

have had my boost return removed and was wondering if i need to grease or oil the charger at all as obviously there isnt any oil mist being fed back into the charger?any info is much appreciated

I think the powers that be say once a month or so is adequate.

 

I bet good money though the GazzaG60 has never done his since I rebuilt his charger last year. :mrgreen:

 

Was nothing mention when you bought a kit, if you did? g-man is the one to contact.

never greased mine as Gav says. it runs a 65mm for lots of miles on boost.

 

so fsar the Glader has been a pretty tough cookie with regualr oil changes.

Pants, i have this mod done (alrady done when i bought the car) and this is the first i have heard about doing this!!! Is it easy to do or essential for that matter?

you can get the spray grease from g-man (darren) i think its some kind of ptfe grease and is sprayed in through the blanking plate

You should lube your charger with PTFE spray if you have the boost return mod. 8)
