wayne 0 Posted January 10, 2003 Can anyone shead some light on this, i have been informed by euro car parts that the racks are the same for my 16v as golf 2, just tie rods are different. But when i look for the tie rods in euro and g&s the list the same as golf 2. By rack is buggered and im not paying vw the £712 + vat. Im at the stage where fittment is iminant. G60ING 0 Posted January 12, 2003 Removing the rack on a G60 Corrado is the biggest pain in the ass (PITA) The K-frame has to be dropped and the engine has to be supported. I've done a lot of work on corrados before and this is my least favorite job. Its not overly difficult just messy and involved. If I were you I would not risk the chance that a used rack could go at anytime in the future and I'd put in a new or rebuilt one Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
