Audi 5 X 108 PCD wheels to 4 x 100 PCD hubs ?

Hey all,

 

Just wondering how I would go about fitting 5 x 108 PCD wheels to 4 x 100 PCD hubs ? It it possible to just get adapters to fit the wheels to the hubs, or would you need to get wheels redrilled etc ?

 

Any help much appreciated,
