Andi 2,147,483,647 Posted April 19, 2005 Do you have a replacement loom for the headlights? There maybe an in-line fuse on there which has blown... Mine is around the battery area.
dinger657 0 Posted April 19, 2005 tried that as well still no joy! looks like daytime driving for me!
Supercharged 2 Posted April 19, 2005 Have you taken the fuses out and cleaned/reseated them - they tend to get a bit of surface rust from being in the engine bay...
Roger Blassberg 0 Posted April 20, 2005 Maybe something to do with the dim/dip ballast resistor down behind the battery. Yellow wires and connector. Best wishes RB

ben16v 0 Posted April 20, 2005 fuse on the loom????
GIXXERUK 0 Posted April 20, 2005 this happened to me , firstly check the inline fuse on the loom near the relays , then get someone to switch the lights on and listen for the relay to click no click either bad connection or as in my case the relay is blown ( they do this if they get wet and the contacts corrode for future ref if it is that , i got a length of bike inner tube slid it over the relays and fuses and tie wrapped it ...keeps it dry
