Corrado VS Peugot

Found this MPEG on the net...the pug misses a gear but still manages to keep up with the corrado which seems to be struggling somewhat however manages to creep pass...wonder what the engine is (not a vr6 or g60 by the sounds of it)...what you reckon pps??

Are you sure its a peugot? Ive seen this vid before and was told it was a ford probe v6.

more than likely its a ford, americans havent had any french cars sold on their market. they had a few fiats, and currently only get german/italian stuf now i think

having said that a 1.8 valver would be fairly similar performance to a 306 gti6 if im not mistaken?

The American market only got G60's and Vr's (SLC's) so it's more likely a G.

 

And I doubt my 1.8 would stick it with a 306 GTi 6 for too long.

I've had this vid on my pc for a bit. It's a G60 Vs a V6 Probe.

 

The ford deserves to be wasted. Any person who buys a car with a name you can put the word ANAL infront of should never win a race!!

I've never looked at the hubs. When I downloaded the vid it the title was "Probev6&g60"??
