Heardy 0 Posted May 13, 2005 Just carrying on from my other post really had anyone got a DAB equipped headunit ?I've just been looking on Car audio direct and they've got a jvc-kddb711 for £159.99 does this need one of those fancy aerial's tomake it work or does it just use the standard aerial? Lippy 0 Posted May 16, 2005 i've got a JVC HU, which is compatible with DAB, however requires a seperate tuner box which was quite expensive at the time. ghee60 0 Posted June 18, 2005 a lot of the cheaper ones use the standard arial and therefore are pretty dire for reception, one of the best units is the blaupunkt bad54 which has its own arial, i know a guy who had one in his c and he had around 50 stations with perfect reception Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
