chaz g60 0 Posted May 20, 2005 after i got my car back from vw i have an array of new problems heres the worst of them when i went to pick it up it wouldnt start so we jumped started it any way since then it will charge the battery up a bit after a long drive, but its not keeping the charge over night (today i've had to jump start it twice!). I dont know if its the alternater as it is charging a bit should also mention when it was in there they cleaned the engine probally with a pressure washer looks clean but dont think its done any favors any ideas? :roll: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

blackcat 0 Posted May 20, 2005 This happened to my battery recently, it lost it's charge and then after various jump starting and chargings it just would not hold its charge anymore, so I just assumed it was an old battery and I bought a new one.
