It needs road tax today :roll: So I was wondering if its possible to go to Dvla office get road tax & put my private plate on it at the same time. Henny 0 Posted July 1, 2005 nope, but when you get the go ahead from the DVLA to swap the plate over, the post office should issue a new tax disk with your new plate on it on surrender of your old one and production of the re-registration document...
