I recognise that car, I believe the owner takes good care of his cars. I havent seen this one up close but John also has a yellow g60 that is very nice. 8)

well thats the VWCCGB scottish regional host's(john kerr) black G-60......tbh......i haven't seen it in the flesh as he also has a very nice nugget yellow G-60 too which he normally uses for all the meets and events.......but going by the standard he keeps the yellow one in i would imagine the black one is in good condition

but as far as i can remember its been chipped and pullyed and the charger has been uprated too and if my memory is right its putting out something in the region of 187bhp+

Nah, 450 miles is nothing! I did nearly 1500 looking at cars that turned out to be sheds before I bought my current G60... Turn it into a weekend away, stay in a B&B and enjoy the scenery up by the border... You can tell it's pretty much a mint car, and it's exactly what you've been looking for... :D

 

So James, Holiday and car in one package, what more do you want?!? :lol: 8)

have to agree, if the car is a good'un - which by the sounds of it, it is, it's definately worth travelling for.

 

I bought a car in Glasgow about a year ago, and it was worth the journey - wot i spent on the journey was probably a fraction of what i would of had to spend on some of the crud i looked at locally to get them to that standard!! and like Henny said, enjoy the countryside, its beautiful up there, with some excellent roads for you to enjoy your new ride on!!

Travelled 500 miles already

 

I havent put it off completely, I will have to find out the spec, and MOST IMPORTANT the price

 

If it's a nearly perfect g60 with low mileage, he must want arround 5k, and as much as i want it, i just cant stretch to that ammount

 

Does anyone know how much he wants?

I was about to say.. if this Corrado is as mint as its made out to be, its probably going to cost waaay over £3000.. but its definately worth finding out about anyway :)
