Adjustable steering column into early rado?

Is it possible? Would it just be a case of removing the static one, and installing the adjustable one with the relevant coweling etc..?

I've jut sourced a VR coweling and lever from corovin cheers Supercharged, but the empty space is what prompted the question. It's going to look all weird without the adjustable column - so I think It'd be rude to stick late stalks and late coweling on without the relevant extras :D
