G60 Engine Earthing to Prevent Fire?

hi all,

 

its been a while and i cant find the topic but i remember reading a while back about a specific earthing point on the G60 engine bay that should be checked as the earth cable is a bit taught and should be checked from time to time cos if it snaps then it can cause an engine bay fire?

 

am i just imagining this or is my memory actualyl working for a change? :lol:

 

if so where is it for me to check?

I think you're imagining it and, in this case, I'd hate to be proven wrong. Engine bay fire? First I've heard of it!

i just checked and i definately read it in the CCA website...... maybeits just something to do with US Corrado's?
