whats the best way to clean a Rallye I/c

after my charger blowing i guess i need to remove the intercooler and check for particals, apart from shaking the thing what else should i do to make sure its debris free inside

I'd give it a good spray with a hose pipe - spray it into the outlet orifice

fill it with gunk....then flush through a few hours later mate
