Went for a butchers round the local yard yesterday and saw a scirocco gt auto.

 

Is the auto gearbox common?

 

Is there such a thing as a corrado auto from the factory?

Fairly common, always a carb engine in the UK, 1800cc

 

Yes there were quite a few C auto's made with two types of box.
