Henny 0 Posted September 27, 2005 not a bad idea actually, they've done the same on the M6 near Sandbach a couple of times after some particularly nasty accidents in the past and it's kept the traffic moving preventing the usual dozy driver stuck in queue after accident type accidents... 8) It is VERY weird being told to turn around on a motorway and drive the wrong way down the hard shoulder though! :lol: Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JT 0 Posted September 27, 2005 works for me... it really annoys me when you get to the accident and the only reason we are doing 25mph is cos everyone wants to have a good look, i'm not saying we should all be doin 80 but if the wreckage is on the hard shoulder then 50 is acceptable..... and keeps the congestion down...
