emmafwa 0 Posted October 5, 2005 After seeing many people with similar problems to me (cutting out bunny hops etc) Ive pin pointed it to the TB. I just got a quote off my main dealer......... £885 + vat :pale: Is it worth getting these second hand? Or is there anything else I can do? Any help will be very much appriciated  Emma
Taggart 0 Posted October 5, 2005 Is it the TB itself or the sensor on it? What type of C have you got?
emmafwa 0 Posted October 5, 2005 93 2ltr 16vlv Im not not sure about the sensor part, but it is getting worse. Its not very responsive and it tends to bunny hop when my foot is in a certain place. Not very good for street cred

Supercharged 2 Posted October 5, 2005 It could be alot of things but you won't need to replace the throttle body, cleaning it may be a good idea... What has been changed recently?? plugs, fuel filter etc???
emmafwa 0 Posted October 6, 2005 Its been cutting out since I bought it last August, since then Ive replaced all the standard things, all filters, spark plugs etc. But over the last couple of months the bunny hops have started ............................ and I have let someone else drive her just incase, and its definately not my driving. I will give it a clean and see how I get on. Do I just use carb cleaner or is there somthing spacific? Thank guys Emma
