Greenbat 0 Posted October 23, 2005 On my last rolling road I was lightly disappointed at the power output. 188bhp at the flywheel and that is with 68mm pulley, big rallye type intercooler, 4 branch manifold, though exhaust etc. Anyway one comment from the rolling road was that the car was running too rich at the top end, now I want to have a custom remap. Live in the North West, does anyone know of a reliable and reasonable company that can do a full remap? Don't want to go to Dubsport and Awesome. h100vw 0 Posted October 23, 2005 Awesome don't do them any way AFAIK. The fella that does them at Dub SPrt is called Wayne Schofield. He did mine and Hennys cars in the past. I got the same power as you did with a stage 4 charger, red injectors, de-cat stainless exhaust etc. And that was after the custom map. You need to get a wideband run done, to see what the mixture is doing. Based on that you can see if the mixture needs any attention. Have a search for chip wizard.
