Storm_VR6 0 Posted May 20, 2006 Just looking through my previous posts, for the sake of future readers who may need the same help...my problem was sorted by replacing the ignition swith...£20.77 from VW. GSF sell one for a tenner but genuine part was cheap enough.....i thought the new battery sorted it but it didn't.....fiddly to get at the screw but a set of precisions and you'll be okay. the bubling in the expansion tank was sorted by a new cap....think the seal on the old one was knackered.
