Its just the name of the make of the hi temp paint. I got the paint off Frost Auto restorers :)

 

But yeh its just literally time consuming and having the patience to do it. I was at UNI at the time so had plenty of time on my hands! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I was thinking the same thing.

Nicely sorted 5 door...my ideal mk2 5 door would also have a g60, but attached to a 16v :p

IIRC he nearly did that, but chickened out of it cos he knew he couldn't handle the pace!

More like the cost to do it. Though that 16V in the shed at home is calling out to me to be used :lol:

Well pics of the new bits fitted Venair coolant hoses and a few parts from Bartek. Warning to those make sure you dont get the hose listed as the Big Intercooler one for a Golf Rallye as its too big for a golf Rallye intercooler :lol: :lol: So got to send that back other then that just a new water bottle and an oil pressure gauge. :)

 

Will try and get the car back together tomorrow :lol:
