How do i remove the sunroof when i cant open it?

Sunroof doesnt slide so im gonna either fix it or put a glass passat sunroof in. how do i get my sunroof out?

also which passat should i get the glass sunroof off?

Seriously though, it sounds unhelpful but if you read the search 'instructions' and use the appropriate words, it's soooo handy.
