no heat

ok its not a C but the girlfriends mk4 polo. on saturday i changed the heather controls because i had broken them. we had heat until tuesday now we have none. could something have come loose behind? or any other suggestions?

can you here the flap opening & closing when move it from hot to cold. The cable might have come disconnected when you charged over the panel

Hey, I have this problem too, I can hear the flap on the change lever, but no hot air comes through, very annoying at this time of year.. maybe the heater matrix,, any advice very welcome..

there are 2 flaps in newer VW's make sure its both.
