Which Shocks??????

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I was just wondering which front shocks people would recommend for a Rado G60.

My car currently has Boge Turbo shocks all round, and Ebiach lowering springs.

The rear of the car seems alot firmer than the front. The front seems to bounce around pretty bad at speed on country lanes etc.

Nothing too firm though.

Suggestions please? :D

Hi man,

Must say I almost went for coilovers but decided against it in the end and I am glad I did because the standard gas shocks are a great ride but sporty too.

But may still get them yet

My G60 isn´t lowered as it´s not allowed here in PT along with many other changes...

I´m running standard springs and Delphi´s Comfort Gas Shock Absorvers.

They very comfortable and improve handling a lot!

Great relation between price / quality!

Any modern shock absorver will improve you car as they are much more better than the ones made about 15 years ago.

Yes... I do work at Delphi! :)

LOL

went from boge's to koni sport TA's on my 16v with eibachs, much improved, boge's were far too hard particularly on the rear, koni rears also have adjustable spring plates meaning you can balance the rear ride height with the front properly.

David.
