G 0 Posted January 25, 2006 I've searched the forum and found people stating different temps but I was wondering roughly what they should be. I have an unmodified 1.8 16v. After a long drive around town i've noticed my water temp go to between 90 - 100C and oil temp of between 114 - 118C. Is the oil temp a little high or is it about right? Valerian 0 Posted January 25, 2006 The KR engine water temp usually sits around 80C on the move then climbs to around 90C in traffic (idle) .The Rad fan should come on around 90C also. Oil temp usually sits approx 10C more than the water temp. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
