K+N filter for 2ltr 8v

Hi guys,i'm having trouble getting a cone k+n filter

for my 95 2ltr 8v C.Nowhere I've tried can get them

so i was wondering, is my engine a golf gti engine and

if it is,which one i.e mk2 or 3 an' would it fit ok or are

there problems doing this?

Ive got a universal cone filter along with the metal adaptor needed to connect onto the air intake. Had it on my old 2ltr 8v.

a mk2 1800 digi or 2l 8v 1 will fit
