Fitting a Falcon Alarm

Recommended Posts

Hi all, just bought a Falcon alarm with remote central lockin/elec window control etc...

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the Corrado's loom or know what wires i will to connect for the windows/central locking rather than testing all the wire's.

Ive hard that most of the wire's are behind the glovebox but dont want to strip any that dont need stripping.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Jam,

How's the alarm?

Just ordered an Xl2 to replace my crapped out one (can't remember the name)

Nice wiring diagram - ta

Perfect mate haven't had one problem with it. I have been told that falcon are actually clifford (a bit like toad sterling) there a budget alarm with the internals of a clifford, so you should have no problems with it.

If you need any advise on fitting it, give me a shout.

It was suprisingly easy once i found all the wires (that took me 3 hours).

Sorted

Starter Immobiliser: HEAVY RED/BLACK

Starter Location: STEERING COLUMN

Does the falcon have "heavy" wires for it's starter immobiliser circuit?

I'm fitting an immobilser at the moment and the starter circuit red/black wire is a helluva lot "heavier" or fatter than the immobilser I'm fittign, hence I'm worried the immobilser wont handle the current.

Well it's been despatched today so fingers crossed.

Hopefully, I should be able to pick up most of the wires from the existing alarm behind the glovebox...

Watch this space!
