MOT Shock

Recommended Posts

After 3 years of ownership I put my 91 Corrado g60 in for its MOT yesterday, dreading what it would fail on this time...gave the garage a call at lunchtime expecting the worst only to be told it was ready to collect. It had need one new ball joint and a new N/S/F brake pipe. My bill came to £140....but this included fitting a JMR front mount and £45 for the test itself....A corrado MOT for less than £100!!!!!! No one at work could understand why i was so happy...neither does the mrs....Just had to share this with like minded folk!

Both MOT's I've had on the car so far, TOUCH WOOD!! Never failed!

But then mine isn't a daily driver and I do spend far too much on it!

I had my first MOT with my corrado and it was £35 for MOT, and £20 for parts and that was it! I fitted the ball joint and handbrake cable myself.

I was chuffed!
