swfblade 0 Posted April 9, 2006 Went to see a VR yesterday, but it had a slight dent on one side of the sideroof. Is that anything to be concerned about? Also the ABS light wouldnt come on, but there was a pulse thru the pedal. Is that OK? Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
slot 0 Posted April 9, 2006 The dent on the sunroof is probably damage from the common fault of the "Tilt but dont slide" affect The ABS light could be, that the bulb and been removed or disconnected!, in the likely avent of the Warning light staying on ??? could be one of a few probs mate ! ;) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
gaz the geezer 0 Posted April 9, 2006 hello swfblade, the roof may be a problem to sort out, it depends on how deep the dent goes, if it is shallow enough it may be possible to get a paintless dent removal company to sort it out easily enough, it might be a good idea to perhaps post a pic and get a fairer assessment, as far as the abs is concerned i`d be erring on the side of caution and assume that the bulb has been removed for a reason....it may have just blown and all`s well but it can be expensive if the abs is at fault Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
